THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FREEBORN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 545 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS     
  OVER CENTRAL FREEBORN COUNTY...REMAINING NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. 

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR WILL 
FALL FROM THESE STORMS...ESPECIALLY IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FREEBORN 
COUNTY. THIS WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES IN SMALL STREAMS...WATER TO GO 
OVER ROADWAYS...AND URBAN FLOODING.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
