FOND DU LAC COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...RIPON...NORTH FOND DU LAC...FOND DU LAC SHEBOYGAN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...SHEBOYGAN FALLS...PLYMOUTH...HOWARDS GROVE * UNTIL 130 AM CDT * AT 929 PM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED ALONG HIGHWAY 41 BETWEEN HIGHWAY 151 AND HIGHWAY 175 IN FOND DU LAC. FIND DU LAC SHERIFF DEOUTIES REPORT HIGHWAY 41 IS CLOSED BECAUSE 4 TO 5 FEET OF WATER IS COVERING THE HIGHWAY. * WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL FELL DURING THE PAST 4 HOURS. THIS RAIN...AND THE ADDITIONAL EXPECTED BETWEEN 930 PM AND 11 PM...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
