NORTHERN CRANE COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS * UNTIL 1230 AM CDT * AT 923 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER EXTREME NORTHERN CRANE COUNTY... OR ABOUT 16 MILES SOUTH OF ODESSA. THE STORMS WERE SLOWLY DRIFTING SOUTH. SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE FM 1601...FM 1233...AND U.S. HIGHWAY 385 IN NORTHERN CRANE COUNTY.
