AT 835 PM CDT...A TRAINED SPOTTER REPORTED WATER 6 INCHES OVER
THE ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 285 AND ROUTE 426...10 MILES
SOUTH OF ORLA IN NORTHERN REEVES COUNTY. IN ADDITION BAR DITCHES AND
CULVERTS WERE REPORTED OVERFLOWING.
AT 840 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...ACROSS NORTHERN REEVES COUNTY NORTH
OF INTERSTATE 20...INCLUDING THE TOWN OF ORLA...AND OPEN COUNTRY OF
EXTREME WESTERN LOVING COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE IN
NORTHWESTERN REEVES AND WESTERN LOVING COUNTIES THROUGH AT LEAST
1015 PM CDT. THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL AGGRAVATE ANY FLOODING
PROBLEMS.
