  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM 3 MILES NORTHWEST OF RED BLUFF
  TO 18 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TOYAH...OR FROM 26 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  MENTONE TO 36 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PECOS...AND WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.
