  TERRELL COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT

* AT 1042 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 10 MILES NORTH OF SANDERSON...   
  MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.  THESE STORMS HAVE EARLIER 
  PRODUCED FLASH FLOODING IN PECOS AND BREWSTER COUNTIES.
