* AT 1035 PM CDT...THE BREWSTER COUNTY SHERIFF/S OFFICE REPORTED     
  HIGHWAY 90 BETWEEN MARATHON AND ALTUDA IS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH       
  WATER.  AT 1037 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED           
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG HIGHWAY          
  90 FROM ALTUDA EAST TO THE BREWSTER COUNTY LINE...MOVING SOUTH 
  AT 15 MPH.
