  EASTERN MARTIN COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 702 PM CDT...A STORM SPOTTER REPORTED WATER OVERFLOWING 
  BAR DITCHES ALONG THE WESTERN HOWARD AND EASTERN MARTIN COUNTY
  BORDER ADJACENT TO INTERSTATE 20. MUSTANG DRAW AND BUZZARD
  DRAW WILL LIKELY OVERFLOW.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL INUNDATE ROADS AND FARM AND RANCH LAND. DO NOT
DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS NEVER ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOWING WATER

AT 900 PM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS INDICATED WATER OVER THE
ROADWAY 2 FEET DEEP ON HIGHWAY 176 ON THE WESTERN HOWARD AND 
EASTERN MARTIN COUNTY BORDER. ALTHOUGH THE HEAVY RAINFALL HAS COME 
TO AN END...FLOODING WILL CONTINUE. MUSTANG DRAW AND SULPHUR SPRINGS
DRAW WILL LIKELY OVERFLOW.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.

ACROSS THE WARNED AREA...AND THE FLOOD THREAT WAS DIMINISHING. SOME
MINOR FLOODING MAY CONTINUE...BUT THE THREAT OF SERIOUS FLOODING IS
ENDING. THUS...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS BEING ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE
