ON HIGHWAY 18...6 TO 7 MILES NORTH OF FORT STOCKTON. ALTHOUGH THE 
HEAVY RAINFALL HAS COME TO AN END...FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS WILL CONTINUE.
