ARE ALSO NEAR BANKFULL...WITH SOME CREEKS OVERFLOWING.

MAY BE TO GREAT FOR SAFE PASSAGE. IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT TWO FEET OF
MOVING WATER TO CARRY A CAR DOWNSTREAM.
