THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LUBBOCK HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  BRISCOE COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 755 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 21 MILES NORTH OF         
  SILVERTON. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH...THIS              
  STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME ACROSS RURAL AREAS OF
  NORTHERN BRISCOE COUNTY.

* ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED JUST WEST OF MACKENZIE 
  RESERVOIR. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF BASEBALL SIZE HAIL.    

* SOME LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH OF THE STORM INCLUDE...
  SILVERTON...
