NORTHERN SWISHER COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS * UNTIL 730 PM CDT * AT 700 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION OVER EXTREME NORTH CENTRAL SWISHER COUNTY...ABOUT 14 MILES NORTH OF TULIA OR 5 MILES EAST OF HAPPY.
