* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHILDRESS COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT

* AT 515 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER KIRKLAND...OR ABOUT 6 MILES 
EAST OF CHILDRESS...MOVING EAST AROUND 15 MPH.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IS ESTIMATING 3 TO 4 INCHES OF 
RAINFALL DURING THE PAST 2 HOURS OVER SOUTHEAST SECTIONS OF 
CHILDRESS COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES WITH THESE STORMS HAS BEEN IN
