  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 6 MILES WEST OF
  OLGA...OR ABOUT 36 MILES WEST OF SOMERSET...MOVING EAST AT 70 MPH.

* THE TORNADIC STORM IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
