JEFFERSON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY FLOYD COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA HARRISON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA * UNTIL 500 AM EST * AT 315 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL OVER THE WARNED COUNTIES WITH FLASH FLOODING CONTINUING. ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN WILL FALL BY 5 AM LEAVING RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES SINCE 11 PM EST WEDNESDAY. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.
