  RAIN ACROSS ALL OF SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA AND NORTH CENTRAL         
  KENTUCKY ALONG AND JUST SOUTH OF THE OHIO RIVER. RAINFALL RATES UP 
  TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE FOR THE WARNED COUNTIES. 

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND 
STREAMS...ROADWAYS...UNDERPASSESS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS...IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO JUDGE THE ACTUAL DEPTH OF THE
WATER. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
