* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ORANGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 415 PM CST

* AT 1209 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED
  THAT 2  TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE CITY OF VIDOR DURING THE
  PAST 3 HOURS. ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED
  IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 4 PM.
