  THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 20 MILES SOUTH OF RUSHVILLE...MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH. THIS
  STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
