  THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG
  ROTATION 3 MILES WEST OF MERRIMAN...OR ABOUT 24 MILES EAST OF
  GORDON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
