* AT 732 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  A LIKELY TORNADO 6 MILES SOUTH OF NOETOWN...OR 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  MIDDLESBORO...MOVING EAST AT 55 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  HUTCH AND MIDDLESBORO AROUND 740 PM EST.
  CUBAGE AROUND 745 PM EST.
