* AT 725 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH 
A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR HINKLE...OR 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF   
BARBOURVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  SALT GUM AROUND 730 PM EST.
