ESTILL COUNTY LEE COUNTY * UNTIL 1000 PM EDT *THIS REPLACES AND EXTENDS THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING THAT WAS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM. * AT 549 PM EDT...FLOODING CONTINUES OVER ESTILL AND LEE COUNTIES. RADAR INDICATES THAT 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PARTS OF ESTILL AND LEE COUNTIES. NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODING HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE OVER THE AREA FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY OVER ESTILL COUNTY.
