  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS EAST HINDS COUNTY. 
  2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS. 

HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
