THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN INDIANAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OWEN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 100 AM EST

* AT 1050 PM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN OWEN COUNTY MOVING EAST AROUND 20 MPH. RADAR IS
  ESTIMATING FROM TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN
  ACROSS MUCH OF THE COUNTY THIS EVENING. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO SEE FLOOD
WATERS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY.
