* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN FOUNTAIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA
  SOUTHERN WARREN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 1245 AM EST

* AT 1045 PM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ALONG THE WARREN AND FOUNTAIN COUNTY LINE. RADAR WAS     
  ESTIMATING FROM THREE TO FOUR INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS     
  THIS AREA THIS EVENING.
