* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAMPAIGN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  VERMILION COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 745 PM CDT

* AT 436 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER EAST CENTRAL CHAMPAIGN AND WEST
  CENTRAL VERMILION COUNTIES. OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED
  SINCE 330 PM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
  THESE COUNTIES THROUGH EARLY EVENING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL
  LIKELY RANGE FROM 4 TO 5 INCHES BY 6 PM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS
