* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DE WITT COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  LOGAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 526 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER NORTHEAST LOGAN AND WEST CENTRAL DE WITT
  COUNTIES...PARTICULARLY ALONG KICKAPOO CREEK. FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 3 PM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO
  INCHES PER HOUR WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE KICKAPOO CREEK BASIN IN
  NORTHEAST LOGAN AND WESTERN DE WITT COUNTIES THROUGH 8 PM.
  THESE RAINFALL RATES WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
