THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FULTON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  KNOX COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 600 AM CDT

* AT 1210 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR 
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER SOUTHERN KNOX
  AND NORTHERN FULTON COUNTIES. 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL
  HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 10 PM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3
  INCHES PER HOUR WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THESE AREAS THROUGH
  AT LEAST 2 AM. THESE RAINFALL RATES WILL LIKELY PRODUCE
  FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
