  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM CLINTON TO CHAMPAIGN TO DANVILLE.
  1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 730 PM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER
  HOUR WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THESE AREAS THROUGH THE EVENING. THESE
  RAINFALL RATES WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
