* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN MCLEAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 1015 AM CDT

* AT 706 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAINS CONTINUING OVER SOUTHERN MCLEAN COUNTY. UP TO 3 INCHES
  OF RAIN WAS ESTIMATED FROM STORMS EARLIER THIS MORNING...AND RADAR
  INDICATED THAT ANOTHER PERIOD OF HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR THIS
  MORNING.

* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES
  THROUGH 9 AM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH
