* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LOGAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 915 AM CDT

* AT 616 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER LOGAN COUNTY. OVER 3 INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 3 AM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
  AREA...ESPECIALLY ACROSS SOUTHERN LOGAN COUNTY. SOME ROADS IN
  LINCOLN...AS WELL AS SOME RURAL ROADS HAVE WATER ON THEM...AND
  ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE THE ROADS TO BECOME
  IMPASSABLE.
