THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EDGAR COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 925 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR KANSAS. 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 700 PM CDT.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS EDGAR
  COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 2 TO 6 INCHES BY
  MIDNIGHT. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH
  FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
