DOUGLAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 200 AM CDT * AT 822 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR NEWMAN. THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 530 PM. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS DOUGLAS COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 2 TO 6 INCHES BY 1100 PM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY IN EASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY.
