DE WITT COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS LOGAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 652 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS MOST OF THESE COUNTIES. UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 600 PM. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THESE AREAS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 4 TO 5 INCHES BY 800 PM.
