  NORTHERN CHAMPAIGN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* AT 531 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM FARMER CITY TO MAHOMET. 2 TO 3
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 430 PM.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
