THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PEORIA COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  STARK COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  SCHUYLER COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  FULTON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 455 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL DEVELOPING ACROSS THE AREA. 

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 8 AM. 
  RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR WILL BE LIKELY AT TIMES.
  THESE RAINFALL RATES WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING...ESPECIALLY
  IN URBAN AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS.
