* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SANGAMON COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  SCOTT COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  MORGAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 515 PM CDT

* AT 1110 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM WINCHESTER TO JUST NORTH OF SPRINGFIELD.
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES IN THIS AREA SINCE 800 AM RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES.
  DOPPLER RADAR CONDITUES TO SHOW ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL JUST
  TO THE SOUTHWEST...WHICH WILL ADD AN ADDITIONAL ONE HALF TO LOCALLY ONE
  INCH OF RAINFALL TO THIS AREA. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY
  PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
