* AT 333 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  WAS OCCURRING ACROSS MUCH OF COWLEY COUNTY, WITH HOURLY RAINFALLS IN
  THE 1 TO 2 INCH RANGE.
