SOUTHERN GALVESTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS * UNTIL 600 AM CDT * AT 415 AM CDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLOODING IN PIRATES BEACH. IN JAMAICA BEACH...OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 230 AM CDT...AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY THROUGH 600 AM CDT.
