* AT 551 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST
  DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 17 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  CRANDON. THAT PLACES THE STORM 10 MILES EAST OF RHINELANDER. IT WAS
  MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
