* AT 513 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST
  DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  RHINELANDER. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
