* AT 1059 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER.
  THE LINE WAS LOCATED FROM EXTREME NORTH CENTRAL VILAS COUNTY TO
  EXTREME WEST CENTRAL VILAS COUNTY. THE LINE WAS MOVING EAST AT
  15 MPH...BUT INDIVIDUAL STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
