FANNIN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS * UNTIL 1045 PM CST. * A LARGE AREA OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL PRODUCE UP TO 2 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ON SATURATED SOILS IN FANNIN COUNTY. HONEY GROVE HAS ALREADY RECEIVED OVER 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL TODAY. AMOUNTS OF THIS MAGNITUDE...WILL LIKELY PRODUCE THE FLASH FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS WITH HIGH WATER ACROSS NUMEROUS ROADWAYS.
