* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OSCEOLA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA
  SOUTHEAST DICKINSON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST IOWA

* UNTIL 315 AM CDT

* AT 110 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING OVER THE WARNED AREA...WITH UP TO 
THREE INCHES ALREADY IN PLACES. AT 105 AM CDT HIGHWAY 71 NEAR 
OKOBOJI WAS REPORTED TO BE UNDER WATER.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
