THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MOODY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 230 PM CDT

* AT 1133 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED
  AREA.

EARLIER THUNDERSTORMS THAT MOVED THROUGH THE COUNTY THIS MORNING 
PRODUCED 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN. THE RUNOFF FROM THIS ADDITIONAL 
RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS... 
AND URBAN FLOODING IS LIKELY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
