THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN KINGSBURY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA
  WESTERN BROOKINGS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 1103 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING OVER THE WARNED AREA.

ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL IN THE WARNED AREA 
THROUGH 1 PM. THESE AREAS RECEIVED 2 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN LAST 
NIGHT...SO THE GROUND IS SATURATED. RUNOFF FROM THIS ADDITIONAL 
RAINFALL WILL RESULT IN RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS AND 
FLOODING OF URBAN AREAS IS LIKELY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
