THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LYON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA
  LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 315 PM CDT

* AT 1113 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR    
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS MOVING INTO THE WARNED AREA.

THESE AREAS RECEIVED 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL LAST NIGHT WHICH HAS 
SATURDATED THE GROUND. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS 
EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. THE RUNOFF FROM THESE 
ADDITIONAL RAINS WILL LEAD TO RAPID RISES ON STREAMS AND CREEKS... 
AND URBAN FLOODING IS LIKELY.
