* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CIBECUE CREEK AND THE TOWN OF CIBECUE IN
  SOUTH CENTRAL NAVAJO COUNTY IN NORTHEAST ARIZONA

* UNTIL 1000 PM MST

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SLOW MOVING VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER SOUTH CENTRAL NAVAJO COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON. THOUGH RAINFALL
  HAS DECREASED THIS EVENING...CIBECUE CREEK STREAM GAUGES HAVE STARTED
  TO RISE NORTH OF THE TOWN OF CIBECUE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
