* AT 337 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 2 MILES SOUTH OF EUCLID...
  OR ABOUT 20 MILES EAST OF GRAND FORKS...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE
  NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
