RED LAKE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA. * UNTIL 900 PM CDT. * AT 458 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER WESTERN AND CENTRAL RED LAKE COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. * DOROTHY...RED LAKE...TERREBONNE...PLUMMER AND BROOKS WILL BE AFFECTED BY THE HEAVY RAIN.
